Job Title: Head of Marketing - Residential Projects
A leading property developer is seeking an accomplished Head of Marketing to spearhead marketing efforts for large-scale, mixed-use projects across residential, commercial, and master-planned communities (MPC).
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the marketing strategy for large-scale mixed-use projects, including residential, commercial, and MPC developments.
* Develop and implement end-to-end go-to-market plans for project launches, ensuring that marketing efforts are integrated and tailored to the target audience.
* Oversee the creation of compelling sales collateral, brochures, and digital assets to support project teams and enhance buyer engagement.
* Manage large budgets for marketing campaigns, ensuring optimal ROI and effective allocation of resources across channels.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Development, and Design) to align marketing strategies with project timelines, objectives, and customer experience.
* Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including agencies, media outlets, and industry partners, to drive brand visibility and project success.
Qualifications:
* Significant experience in marketing within the property development sector, particularly with large-scale residential, commercial, and MPC projects.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external agencies.
* Expertise in digital marketing, branding, and content development for property projects.
* Proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar marketing budgets and achieving high returns on investment.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience in working with senior executives, project teams, and external partners.
