Scope has managed revenue of $588M and employs circa 7000 personnel across 420 service locations within Victoria and NSW.Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for the transformation management office (TMO, PMO and Business Planning) including six key reports and their teams and drive its performance capability in delivering multiple and symbiotic projects across all divisions. Within a period of three years, success in this role will ensure the delivery of change programs across operational and cultural uplift, information management and technology innovation, continuous financial sustainability, partnership development, and community engagement. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to deliver the transformation that will enable Scope to achieve its strategic objectives to ensure that their clients can live independently, learn, work and participate in the community as they choose.To be considered for this opportunity, we are seeking an experienced transformation professional with a demonstrated history delivering TMO/PMO enterprise-level programs across large and complex organisations. You are a relationship-centric, diligent leader able to collaborate effectively cross-functionally, liaising with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. You are adept at gaining strong sponsorship to deliver programs within budget and on time by bringing all those impacted by the change along on the journey. You are a master at navigating competing priorities, and a resilient and supportive leader.
