You will be responsible for growing our audience reach, enhancing our marketing campaigns, and ensuring that our theatre becomes a preeminent destination for entertainment.Key Responsibilities: Audience Development: Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain both new and existing audiences. Craft innovative placemaking strategies that resonate with diverse audience segments and align with the theatre's vision.Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans tailored to various channels. Focus on expanding value propositions and maximizing engagement across different platforms.Campaign Execution: Design and roll out high-impact marketing campaigns that drive ticket sales, boost attendance, and reflect our brand's positioning. Ensure campaigns meet or exceed sales and attendance targets.Sales & Engagement: Oversee initiatives to achieve targeted ticket sales and enhance audience engagement.
