Job Description:
This is a 6-month initial contract position working in a supportive team environment, offering excellent flexibility to work remote or onsite. As a Technical Support Officer with a focus on customer service, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and triaging system-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as first-line support to resolve application and system-related issues
* Triage issues, escalating or reassigning cases when necessary
* Provide exceptional customer service, particularly in IT, Business Intelligence, and Data Analytics
* Work effectively at all levels, engaging stakeholders and building positive relationships
* Manage multiple tasks within deadlines, utilizing strong organizational skills
Requirements:
* Exceptional customer service skills, particularly in IT, Business Intelligence, and Data Analytics
* Strong technical skills and aptitude to resolve application and system-related issues
* Experience in Power BI and a sound understanding of business intelligence tools and data analytics
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* A customer-focused mindset and the ability to build and sustain positive stakeholder relationships
* Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
