Our client's boutique accounting firm in South Yarra 3141 is currently seeking a dedicated Receptionist/Client Services Representative to become an integral part of the team.
As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and upholding the firm's reputation for excellence.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
7. Greeting clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
8. Assisting with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and billing
9. Liaising with ATO and ASIC
10. Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate staff members
11. Managing the firm's main email inbox and forwarding messages as required
12. Scheduling appointments and managing conference room bookings
13. Assisting clients with inquiries regarding services, appointments, and general information
14. Processing client intake forms and updating client databases
15. Maintaining the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organised, and presentable
16. Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail and packages
17. Providing administrative support as needed
18. Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive client information
ABOUT YOU:
The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented individual, capable of handling a variety of tasks with efficiency and enthusiasm. You will also have:
19. Previous experience working within an accounting firm with ASIC and ATO experience is a crucial requirement for this role
20. Experience in a customer-facing role where providing exceptional service and support to clients is paramount
21. Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact confidently and professionally with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
22. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively, managing various responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, managing inquiries, and handling administrative duties
23. Ability to handle client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, demonstrating resourcefulness and professionalism in finding solutions
24. Familiarity with basic accounting terminology and processes
