Refreshing huh?Your new job is important.You’re the person who keeps the business running making sure the right amount of product gets made – and gets made on time.How?By talking to the right people, tracking the right stock, and keeping production one step ahead.If you’ve got a knack for coordinating across multiple teams, keeping things moving smoothly, this could be the gig for you!Your new gigYou’ll be at the heart of the action, making sure everything runs smoothly – coordinating with tollers, logistics, and planning teams to guarantee stock is tracked and production stays on track.No messing around here. This 12-month fixed term contract will see you leading inventory reconciliations, tracking ingredient consumption, and managing stock levels.You’ll be the one everyone turns to when things need to get done, from start to finish.You’ll be performing monthly reconciliations, cycle counts, and some deep dives into variances – if something’s off, you’ll investigate, and recommend what needs to be written off or written on.You’ll be hands-on with packaging and label schedules, maintaining the MRP list and wrangling master data requests. You’ll keep forecasts accurate, batch sheets processed, and new products ready to roll at the tolling sites.Quarterly trips to Sydney? You bet – you’ll visit tollers and perform physical stock counts in person. This means comparing what’s on the shelves with what’s in SAP, investigating any discrepancies, and making sure everything lines up.And you won’t do it alone. You’ll work closely with logistics and planning to juggle forecasts, production plans, and shipping schedules. Things move fast, so you’ll need to stay sharp, adaptable, and keep a clear head when the unexpected pops up.Curious what experience you'll need to succeed?Supply chain experience? Tick.You’ve got a minimum of 3 years in supply chain roles like tolling coordination, inventory management, and logistics coordination. If you have hands-on experience with inventory management and reconciliation, you’ll be ahead of the game.You’re comfortable using ERP systems, ideally SAP, to track inventory levels. Excel? You’re not afraid of it – it’ll be a big part of this gig, so your skills will come in handy.You’ve got no fear when it comes to communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders, like tollers. Whether it’s following up on deliveries, stock, or production schedules, you’re happy to pick up the phone and keep things moving.If you’ve worked in manufacturing, it’ll help you hit the ground running.
