Collaborate with a dynamic team to solve complex issues, optimise the data value chain, and provide crucial insights for strategic investment decisions.The Senior Data Insights Analyst will be responsible for:Safeguarding and managing data systems, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Implementing processes to maximise the value of the data value chain and generate actionable insights.Leading projects to identify and address trends, challenges, risks, and opportunities impacting the University.Developing data models and analytics capabilities, providing expert advice and mentoring to stakeholders.About you To be successful in this role, you will hold relevant postgraduate qualifications or equivalent experience. You will also have:Demonstrated ability to analyse complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.Expertise in data management systems, analytics tools, and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, Synapse Azure.In-depth understanding of legal, regulatory, and reporting requirements related to data security and integrity.Proven experience in managing projects, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.Excellent skills in consulting, negotiating, and influencing stakeholders, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.What we can offer This is a fixed term (until 31 December 2026), full time position and will be primarily based at the Griffith University Nathan campus. As Griffith is a multi-campus University you may be required to work across other campus locations.Salary Range The full time equivalent base salary will be HEW Level 8 range $110,939 - $124,803 per annum + 17% superannuation.
