The role, focusing on PSA & L&M, reports directly to the Pacific Sales Director. You will lead the team, overseeing field activities, crafting strategies and initiatives, managing performance, handling recruitment, and executing associated sales tasks from start to finish to achieve the highest impact and meet targeted outcomes. The role will involve: Developing, adjusting, and implementing growth strategies and tactics across all allocated areas of responsibility. Including internal on-shore and off-shore engagements / initiatives, including any APAC led initiatives. Developing and Presenting reporting for local and offshore APAC and Global teams, on sales pipeline, sales secured, PSA Renewals and Re-signs, L&M Backlog, Billing and any other sales and revenue related metrics always. Leading Direct and Indirect teams, influence and outcomes through engagement with indirect teams Accountable for the secured growth and margin plan deliverables across all allocated areas of responsibility, including the structure and the processes required to ensure success. Developing and leading the Account Management framework, and associated teams across the assigned divisions. Champion building optimization technologies and key modelling software tools. Drive a Say/Do discipline of accountability and delivering on commitments. Meet with key clients to assist sales representatives with building and enhancing relationships, negotiating and closing deals. Direct a high-performance culture by providing direct and thought leadership for our sales teams, whilst managing performance in a manner that recognizes and rewards employees to deliver and realize their potential. Develop and deliver assigned business plans achieving secured sales volume ($) and gross margin ($) vs Plan. Provide information and develop clear strategies regarding the assigned team industry segments and recommend plans to maximise future business in line with the growth strategy. Represents Johnson Controls in the marketplace by observing the highest standards of professionalism, integrity and demeanor. Leads the engagement of existing and potential Customers and Stakeholders to win new business and grow existing customer accounts. Ensures accurate and timely submission of quotations, forecasts for secured and revenue on Sales & Collections and Reports Expenses in accordance with Company Policy. Ensuring the coordination of sales and customer service activities and cross-sale activities to ensure that all groups are working effectively to meet customer expectations. What we are looking for: Requires Self Driven leader / mindset, a self-starter. Strong Analytical and Reporting Experience. 10 years working experience in sales, ideally in the built or Services environment 5 years with leading sales teams and our business operations team in a Built of Services environment. Experience in developing successful relationships with customers. Requires sales skills to identify customer needs and priorities to be addressed. Possessing / ability to develop a strong knowledge of JCI offerings & capabilities. Demonstrate financial and business acumen with strong skills in customer relationship building and management. Solution selling mindset, knowledge and familiarity with digital service offerings. Strong pipeline management, experience in using SFDC. Proven track record in delivering the strong results with strong accountability and say/do Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, both internally and dealing with external customers and stakeholders Excellent networking skills, business minded, change orientated and pro-active.
