About The Role
We are looking for experienced and driven Buyers to lead our vision within our team.
You will lead category development and work with our Trend team to deliver key lifestyle items that align with our brand DNA.
You will contribute to department reviews, apply learnings to category decision making and chase growth opportunities to ensure the success and profitability of our brand.
You will collaborate with Production and support your Buying team to deliver on products that are in line with category strategies, and which are compliant and cost-effective.
Skills & Experience
Tertiary qualification / degree in a relevant field, such as buying or commerce.
Demonstrated experience working with production, trends and buying teams to achieve strategy vision.
Proven leadership experience, with the ability to coach and lead a team.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate to internal and external stakeholders with confidence.
Confidence in your analytical skills to make high-impact decisions regarding your category.
Strong organisation, planning and time management skills.
Ability to make confident decisions that will determine the success of the brand.
Proficient capabilities in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
