Bench has an exciting opportunity for a superstar Senior Media Trader to join our team.
You will join an award-winning, people-focused and fast-growing media agency. The Bench team is made of high-performing professionals who love what they do and enjoy having fun along the way.
As part of our Performance team, you will be a highly experienced and autonomous media trader with strong communication and client-facing skills. You may run a limited number of campaigns to focus on large, high-value and extremely important campaigns. They may have a strong involvement in the strategic development of new business proposals. There may be opportunities to lead a team of media traders.

What's involved? Deliver and optimise campaigns to meet performance KPI's and client expectations;Develop, report and effectively communicate campaign insights and recommendations to clients;Present both in-campaign, and post campaign results and analytics to clients;Create and implement media strategies to meet campaign objectives and set ups in a timely manner;Effectively identify and solve campaign issues;Provide online media and marketing expertise to all stakeholders;Participate in developing pre-sale strategies; proposals and campaign estimates for new and existing business accounts;Develop and respond to media briefs including channels, audiences and rates and campaign performance estimations;Possess up-to-date knowledge of the industry and the wider digital eco-system at all time;Help train, supervise and coach a team of Performance Managers and Performance Specialists;Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.What you'll bring Relevant tertiary education/degree qualified or equivalent experience4 + years experience in digital/online marketing2 + years experience in programmatic mediaAdvanced understanding of Digital Media buying principles and methodologiesAdvanced level of proficiency with data analysis and complex campaign managementHighly organised, proactive and dynamicStrong leadership and communication skillsStrong analytic, logic, mathematical and problem solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of the team to deadlinesProven ability to accommodate evolving responsibilities and last-minute changesHigh attention to detailWhy Bench?
