Job Title: Maintenance Planner
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our Operations business in Darwin, Northern Territory.
This is a permanent role that will support one of our key clients in the region with a start date in the first quarter of 2025.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for maintaining and controlling all work order requests, ensuring compliance, and reviewing work completion. You will also develop optimised maintenance plans and schedules, communicate these to various stakeholders, and delegate tasks as required.
Responsibilities:
* Liaise closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Field Personnel to ensure efficient maintenance execution activities are met.
* Develop optimised maintenance plans and schedules, and communicate these to various stakeholders.
* Support strategic planning and scheduling process.
* Maintain and control all work order requests, and review work completion to ensure compliance.
* Develop and implement progress monitoring tools, reports, and dashboards.
Requirements:
* Australian citizenship or eligibility to hold Permanent Residency (PR) to work lawfully in Australia.
* 5+ years of proven experience in the Oil & Gas sector in Australia working within multidiscipline fields.
* Proficient in planning software, Primavera & MS Project.
* Proficient in Maintenance Management Systems.
* Ability to interpret engineering standards, specifications, and drawings.
