The Role Due to growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join the Insurance (Public Liability) team in Melbourne. The role offers a broad range of public liability and general insurance work from an array of clients, with a focus on personal injury including institutional abuse claims. It's an exciting time to join as the team are growing, experiencing an influx of work and new starters coming onboard. The Successful Candidate This role will suit a candidate with the following: Previous defendant insurance (Public Liability) experience; Ability to build strong client relationships with a focus on client service; Strong communication skills; Ability to manage own files and assist others with files under supervision; and ability to manage own file load autonomously An enthusiastic and pragmatic approach.
