Our client has an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start their customer service journey!
You'll have the chance to work within a dedicated team, learning all aspects of customer service within the banking sector.
Please note that this is a casual position, with approximately 19 hours per week available.
Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with enquiries Cash handling Ensure the accurate and timely handling of enquiries in accordance with company standards.
Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Directing enquiries to appropriate team members Fulfill customer orders.
Requirements: No prior experience needed!
Ability to work Monday - Friday 8:30AM to 5PM Ability to converse cheerfully with customers.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Basic understanding of MS tech stack.
