You To be successful in your application, you will have: Drivers license and ability to travel between 2 Sydney based waterfront venues A restaurant or upmarket Pub/ Club background in Modern Australian/ Mediterranean/ Japanese cuisines would be ideal but very open to backgrounds across different venue types & cuisines Extensive, high cover A la carte experience, with a love for seafood/ proteins & creativity Strong abilities in training, mentoring and developing teams Excellent organisational and time management skills Passion for creating quality and consistency in every plate put out Overall knowledge of operational & financial knowledge The desire to grow and develop your career Function/ event/ wedding experience is a bonus Desire to create & work in a collaborative team On Offer This is an awesome role for someone wanting variety in their work, personal & professional development within a progressive company.
