Senior ICT Service Desk Officer
We are seeking a Senior ICT Service Desk Officer to join our team at Rinnai Australia. This is a permanent full-time position that requires excellent technical skills and a commitment to achieving results.
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in IT and/or computer science, excellent communication skills, and a minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role providing level 2 and 3 IT support.
You will be responsible for providing internal IT support to our extensive branch network across Australia. Your strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016 and above, Linux Server, Active Directory, Exchange 2016, Office365, and VMWare will be essential in this role.
In addition, you should have exposure to VoIP telephony (Avaya), Microsoft 365 (Azure Active Directory, Teams, SharePoint), working knowledge of Print Servers and File Servers, and a knowledge of modern manufacturing application stacks such as Solidworks and AutoCAD.
Industry certification (Microsoft Server/Linux/VMware) is an advantage. The successful candidate must be passionate about delivering exceptional service and demonstrate excellent follow through capabilities.
