This is a fantastic opportunity working for a well-established growing company based on the outskirts of Chester for an Outbound Sales Executive. The successful candidate will be a key member of a well-organised and highly motivated team, responsible for contacting new clients, running through the benefits of using the business services and products alike whilst maximising every given opportunity. The New Business Sales Executive will be joining a dedicated and motivated team and will be working within a well-known, recognised brand.
The Outbound Sales Executive can also enjoy a very competitive commission structure with an OTE of £30,000 and the ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
The working hours are 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
The Outbound Sales Executive will earn £25,000 per annum plus commission. You will also be rewarded with additional holidays linked with length of service; attendance bonus; company bonus; social events; and onsite parking.
Key Responsibilities:
* Making outbound cold calls to book appointments for the Business Development Managers.
* Cold calling potential customers.
* Qualifying new leads.
* Actively pursuing dormant prospects.
* Identifying opportunities by profiling potential clients using fact-finding techniques.
* Building and managing own pipeline.
* Communicating with the Field Sales team.
* Entering and updating leads and opportunities in the database.
* Hard worker, proactive, and enthusiastic.
* Team worker in a sales-oriented environment.
* Self-motivated, confident, and capable of using their own initiative.
* Ability to identify and create opportunities.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to speak to senior managers in large organisations to generate business leads and appointments.
* Willingness to make numerous calls with the resilience to cope with challenges and objections.
* Must be highly skilled with good experience in a telesales role.
