Clark Rubber is a retail icon in the Australian market and is well known for its foam, rubber and pool categories.The Role Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service Giving advice and solutions to customers Achieving KPIs and sales budgets Processing sales orders and quotes Working in a team environment to help achieve business objectives Stocking shelves with merchandise and general housekeeping Setting up in-store promotions and merchandising Being involved in stock control and management Receipting, managing, and ticketing large amounts of stock Being responsible for processing cash and card payments Dealing with customer refunds Reporting discrepancies and problems to the management team Other tasks and duties as required Skills & Experience To be considered for the role, applicants will need to meet the following criteria: Previous sales experience highly preferred Strong communication skills Strong organisational skills Driven to achieve and exceed targets Entrepreneurial by nature, driven to financially excel A growth-focused mindset, seeking out opportunities Strong desire to work in a team environment Experience in pool products and service not essential but would be viewed favourably Job Type: Part-time Pay: $21.38 – $36.79 per hour Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week Schedule: Monday to Friday Weekend availability Experience: Retail: 1 year (Preferred) Sales: 1 year (Preferred) Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Work Authorisation: Australia (Required) Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
