The Role
This is a standalone, hands-on HR leadership role, reporting directly to the CEO and forming part of the Senior Leadership Team. As HR Manager, you will:
1. Lead the end-to-end HR function
2. Act as a key advisor to the executive team on all people-related matters
3. Drive global people projects with a focus on engagement, leadership development, and process optimisation

About You
You are a mid-senior level HR leader with experience in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment. You bring:
1. A strong background as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner
2. Proven ability to operate autonomously and influence at the executive level
3. A broad generalist HR skillset spanning talent, engagement, L&D, employee relations, performance management & change management
4. Experience working with or reporting into international/global structures
5. High emotional intelligence and the ability to connect across all levels of the business
The Benefits

2. Circa - $140,000 - $150,000 base salary + superannuation + car allowance + bonus
