About the role As the Fleet Administrator, reporting to the Operations Manager and based onsite at our corporate office in Homebush West, you will be responsible for the overall administration of vehicle fleet, from purchasing to disposals.
Your responsibilities will include managing fuel cards, ensuring timely processing of infringements, and providing administrative support to the wider fleet team.
Responsibilities include; Coordinating the approval of new vehicles and issuing purchase orders.
Issuing vehicle service order numbers.
Managing fuel cards, including processing new orders, renewals, and ongoing maintenance.
Updating PPSR registers for registrations, variations, and discharges.
Monitoring registration transfers and motor vehicle allowances.
Actioning vehicle disposal checklists.
Conducting weekly fuel verifications.
Managing safety recalls.
About you You will have relevant experience in administration, preferably fleet administration.
You thrive in hands-one roles within challenging yet progressive environments.
Your reliability, time management, and customer service skills will be invaluable in supporting the fleet team with various administrative tasks.
You will also have; Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing tasks effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient with the use of Outlook, Excel, and Word.
A valid Australian drivers license.
