We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-orientated Management Accountant to join the finance team. You will hold a relevant degree in Accounting and/or Finance, and hold CPA/CA accrediation.
Your day-to-day role will include;
1. Prepare workpapers, calculations for Income Tax and FBT Annual returns for consolidated group
2. Assist Group Reporting Manager with external audit and reviews on a half yearly basis, including the preparation/collation of relevant audit reconciliations and reports as requested
3. Prepare daily cashflow reports both actuals v forecast
4. Prepare monthly management report pack including consolidated group balance sheet, profit & loss, cashflow, AR and other reports for executive/management.
5. Prepare and maintain consolidated group PPE and Intangible Fixed Asset movement schedules are reconciled to GL and registers on a monthly basis.
6. Prepare and maintain FBT expense registers and Income tax registers for the consolidated group on a monthly basis.
7. Perform bank reconciliations
8. Process end of month accruals
9. Intercompany loan reconciliations
10. Foreign exchange entries and reconciliation of foreign entity loans
11. Provide guidance to finance department shared services staff
12. Ad hoc reporting and project tasks as required
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
13. A relevant degree in accounting or finance, hold a CPA or CA qualification
14. Minimum of 4 years commercial accounting experience preferred
15. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
16. Demonstrated experience being proactive essential, along with the ability to build relationships
17. Exceptional attention to detail with a strong desire to learn
18. Experience using Dynamics GP an advantage
19. Intermediate Excel skills
