We respect our colleagues enough to constructively criticise their ideas.About the roleWe’re seeking an experienced marketing manager to lead our brand and marketing team who is aligned with Private Media’s mission to drive impactful change and deliver compelling, purpose-driven marketing strategies.Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, this role will be responsible for strategic planning, management and execution of Private Media’s growth and marketing strategy using a multi-channel mix of automated lifecycle, paid digital, social media, owned media, offline/OOH and branded campaigns as well as supporting our PR and events strategies.We have banded the role at $125,000 to $135,000 + superannuation.What you’ll be doingDeveloping and implementing omni-channel marketing strategies to drive growth across owned media, email, SEM and paid social.Leading the planning, creation, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns with a strong focus on data, metrics, and KPIs.Managing content, CRM systems, and digital advertising tools to enhance customer engagement and conversion.Crafting clear, concise, and impactful messaging that aligns with brand voice across all channels.Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns.Analysing campaign performance and providing actionable insights to improve results and ROI.Balancing strategic planning with hands-on delivery to meet business objectives and respond to evolving priorities.Championing consistent, high-quality brand execution while adapting to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Planning, allocating, and overseeing marketing budgets to ensure optimal spending and maximum ROI across campaigns.Coordinating and managing relationships with external suppliers, agencies, and freelancers to deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with marketing goals.Skills and experienceYou’ll thrive in this role if you have:A hands-on data-driven approach to achieving measurable results.Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a background in agency and/or e-commerce (preferred).Demonstrated success in managing and building successful challenger brands, with expertise in creating differentiation and strong market positioning in competitive landscapes.Proven expertise in omni-channel marketing, including SEM, paid social, email, and owned media.Proficiency in Google Analytics, marketing automation systems, and digital advertising platforms.Strong communication skills, with a focus on crafting clear, impactful messaging.Experience in stakeholder management, project execution, and team collaboration.Six good reasons to work at Private MediaFlexible working - Private Media has been digital-first for over 20 years so flexible working is innate to how we roll.
