We act for humanity.About the roleAs the first point of contact, the Customer Service & Support Officer is pivotal in creating a positive experience for everyone contacting or attending the Docklands, Melbourne Red Cross Office. This role will provide a welcoming and safe connection point and reception environment for: clients accessing services or information; volunteers and members; key partners; and the wider community seeking to connect and access services.This role delivers effective and efficient quality customer focused service; and facilitates access to information and support services.
