What we are looking for:
- Educational Background: An experienced candidate with a degree in Electronic, Mechatronic, Electrical, or a related engineering field.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 years in engineering roles focused on installing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, replacing, and repairing electronic circuits and devices.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, SQL, and others relevant to engineering tasks.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to read, interpret, and follow schematic and wiring diagrams effectively.

Key responsibilities:
- Project Preparation: Prepare, estimate, and quantify materials and elements required for engineering projects and installations.
- Equipment Installation: Install, set up, and test equipment at new sites and branches according to installation diagrams and specifications.
- Fuel measuring systems: Work with contractors to install, integrate, calibrate, assess, and certify fuel measuring and dispensing systems for retail customers, adhering to the NMI18.1 fuel measuring standard.
- Biometric Systems: Install and configure biometric readers for retail customers to record shift start and end times.
- Maintenance: Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance visits to ensure the functionality of all engineering systems.
- Engineering Application: Apply electrical and electronic engineering principles to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and replace electronic components in devices such as Point of Sale systems, controllers, peripherals, active panels (smart and interactive boards for schools), computers, projectors, TVs, and more.
- Documentation: Prepare, maintain, and improve technical documentation and internal process standards to enhance efficiency and consistency.
- Mentorship: Coach and support technical personnel in engineering practices.
- Customer Liaison: Collaborate with customers and project managers from various accounts to ensure all objectives and requirements are met effectively.
- Testing and innovation: Participate in the testing trials and rollout of new devices and technologies for clients upgrading or updating their systems.
- Technical Data Management: Complete and record technical data about diagnostics performed on parts for repair or warranty claims.
- Supplier Coordination: Liaise with suppliers to acquire spare parts for serviced devices.
- Warranty Claims: Submit warranty claims for devices that fail prematurely.
- Device Management: Use Microsoft Intune to manage, build, and maintain devices for customers.
