Job Description:
Summary
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Auchenflower. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to internal teams and contributing to the success of our expanding business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer phones and greet visitors to the office.
* Provide general administrative support to internal teams.
* Manage accounts payable and tender contracts.
* Compile handover folders with CA's for completion of jobs.
* Maintain staff Power Pass Cards and manage payment of sundry accounts.
* Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of staff.
* Collate weekly hours for staff and enter into Procore.
* Work Health and Safety coordination.
* Coordinate cleaners and subcontractor insurance management.
* Create and distribute agendas for team meetings.
* Maintain office equipment and prepare site safety folders.
* Coordinate training, licenses, and mask fittings for staff.
* Organize team events.
Candidate Criteria:
* Proven experience as an Office Manager/Business Support, preferably in the construction, civil or transport industry.
* Ability to take control and make the role their own.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Attention to detail and high-level problem-solving skills.
