Virtual Assistant - Documentation, Marketing, Project Coordination (Hourly)

I am looking for a virtual assistant to help with a variety of tasks. The duties would include:
1. Using AI under my tutelage to create documentation for Microsoft Power Apps, automate, and Dataverse projects.
2. Supporting the management of Confluence documentation.
3. Reviewing standard operating processes and updating them with screenshots.
4. Assisting in the creation of Loom videos for capturing daily work with various tools.
5. Assisting in the progression of our marketing efforts, including researching, crafting, and posting content, and coordinating campaigns developed by our vendors.
6. Helping to manage requests by capturing and clarifying them into our ideal management system.
7. Categorizing tasks and putting them into predefined templates with support.
Familiarity with the following tools would be beneficial but not absolutely necessary:
1. Office 365
2. Confluence
3. GoHighLevel
4. Loom or similar video recorder
I am looking for a very detail-oriented person who can follow processes but also has initiative. Initially, this role will require 20 hours a week, with the possibility of full-time work.
