Role Overview:
Working collaboratively with our nursing teams, you will provide high-quality personal care to our clients based on their individual needs.

Kara House is a 25 bed Residential Aged Care Facility seeking:
* Personal Care Worker: Temporary P/T, 1.0 FTE (Various Positions) Until 13/2/2026
Port Pirie Regional Health Service – Hammill House
Hammill House Residential Aged Care Facility is a compassionate service which provides comprehensive care for older persons. Hammill House’s person-centred approach supports residents to be an active partner in their care to ensure care best meets their needs, choices and wishes.

Hammill House is seeking:
* Personal Care Worker: Permanent P/T, 0.84 FTE (32 hours per week)
Melaleuca Court Nursing Home - Minlaton
Melaleuca Court is seeking:
* Personal Care Worker: Permanent P/T 0.53 FTE (20 hours per week) Commencing ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents.
* Foster effective teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
* Support and mentor team members, facilitating professional development opportunities to expand their skills.
* Implement and maintain best practices in the care needs of our residents.
* Contribute to an inclusive workplace culture that values diversity and respect.
