We are seeking an experienced Workplace Rehabilitation professional to lead a team of 5 Consultants at our Maroochydore Clinic in Queensland's Sunshine Coast.
Key Responsibilities

* Maintain high standards in service delivery across physical and psychological (vocational) cases.
* Contribute to the clinic's success through strategic management.

* Deliver outstanding Occupational Health and Workplace Rehabilitation services to clients and stakeholders.
About You
* You hold current registration with AHPRA, ESSA, or ASORC.
* You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in workplace rehabilitation (physical or psychological).
* You have proven ability to foster a culture of collaboration, guiding teams toward shared goals.
* You are committed to delivering exceptional occupational health and rehab services.
* You are skilled in creating a positive, motivating environment that empowers others to excel.
* You have excellent verbal and written skills for clear, constructive information exchange.
