The opportunity:
A fantastic opportunity exists for an experienced and talented Senior Control Systems Engineer with a solid understanding of PLC and SCADA systems to join our Wollongong team.
Responsibilities
* Consultation with clients to establish requirements and scope of works
* Taking a leading role in the design, development, implementation, and commissioning of high-quality solutions that meet or exceed our customers' requirements
* Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and on schedule
* Providing ongoing support to our customers
* Supporting and driving a HSEQ centric culture within the company
Experience and Skills
* More than five years demonstrated Control Systems Engineering experience in Heavy Industrial Manufacturing
* Client-focused with strong communication skills
* PLC/SCADA/DCS system design and development
* Industrial communications, network design, and development
* Experience with Citect SCADA
* Experience with Schneider and Rockwell PLCs
* Current Australian Driving Licence
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related degree or from an Electrical Trade background
* Experience in the design and programming of control systems
* Strong stakeholder engagement
