Here you'll provide meaningful solutions for an existing portfolio of diversified business clients. Your relationship management experience, insights and expertise, along with our range of innovative products and services will help you move these businesses forward and help them understand new opportunities..
In addition to providing excellent service to the existing clients, you will also focus on business development and new client acquisition to grow our client base.
More specifically, you will:
4. Build strong relationships with clients and retain their business through excellent client service;
5. Use your network and referral partners to identify and pursue new to bank opportunities;
6. Gain an in depth understanding ofplex client needs and engage product specialists to deliver a broad range of financial solutions;
7. Drive deal execution with proven skills in origination, structuring and negotiation ofplex solutions; and
8. Continue to build your profile and presence on behalf ofmBank across the region.

Based in Bundall, the segment we focus on is businesses that turnover between $3m - $30m or $1m - $10m inmercial lending and delivering on a range of needs and requirements, including cash flow, capital, wealth, risk management and investment advice.
We're interested in hearing from people who:
9. Have solid experience in building and leading a Business Banking portfolio andmercial lending above $1m;
10. Have a deep understanding of banking products and services;
11. Are highly skilled in credit andfortable in financial analysis, with a strong understanding of financial documents and the underlying cash-flow drivers; and
12. Pride themselves in building relationships through excellent service and driving new business.
This opportunity would suit an experienced Relationship Manager or Small Business Banker who is looking to step up, develop & enhance their experience withinplex, high value lending and to be part of a team who are on a growth journey.
