We are currently recruiting for a Aviation Kerbside Officer to be based at Rockhampton Airport on a Casual basis.

As an Aviation Kerbside Officer you will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality, customer-focused security services while creating safe and memorable travel experiences for travellers and visitors transiting through Rockhampton Airport.

The Position
As the Aviation Kerbside Officer you will be responsible for:
* Providing consistent high level quality customer service.
* Meeting and Greeting passenger / customers upon arrival and departure.
* Efficiently and safely managing passenger and non-passenger flow front of house.
* Managing vehicular movement.
* Maintaining compliance with current legislation in all security and safety procedures.
* Utilising excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Skills and Experience
You will have:
* Ability to successfully pass Drug and Alcohol screening and Medical assessments.
* Ability to obtain an ASIC (Criminal history clearance).
* Availability to work on a 24/7 rotating roster.
* Valid QLD Security Licence.
* Customer Service experience.
