Senior Technical Business Analyst | Platform and Infrastructure

What role will you play?
In this role, you will work in a fast-paced environment playing a pivotal role in the delivery of set program priorities and at the same time assisting team in iteratively uplifting platform capabilities. You will closely collaborate with multiple teams and team engineers in solving complex problems by performing in-depth data analysis, identifying root cause trends and driving continuous enhancements & process improvements.
What you offer
* 8+ years experience working as a Technical Business Analyst with a focus on integrating IAM solutions into cloud and on-premise environments.
* Strong data research & analytical skills by extracting data from large datasets using advanced SQL queries to solve complex problems & recommend effective solution options.
* Advanced technical acumen and knowledge of Identity and Access Management, Role Entitlements and Access Management lifecycle.
* Extensive experience in iterative delivery of technical changes in a fast-paced environment.
* Skilled communicator leading communications with wider stakeholder groups including ability to clearly articulate technical & business user stories.
