The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and overseeing the execution of POLITIX marketing activities in line with the CRG strategy. This role focuses on crafting and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement across various channels, including retail, online, and concession. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective execution of campaigns, optimise marketing spend, and conduct analysis to measure the impact of marketing initiatives. Key Accountabilities Develop the brand marketing strategy in line with the CRG strategy – including PR, advertising, branding, email, digital, and social. Develop marketing activity plans and budgets to deliver the brand strategy and oversee the implementation in Australasia across retail, online, and concession. Align and manage marketing spend against brand/marketing objectives and budgets. Implementation of the approved TR marketing plans. Manage the creative briefing process and response. Manage brand-specific creative agency relationships including regular reviews and contract/fee negotiation (including retainer) ensuring contractual obligations are met in a timely manner (e.g., payment terms). Manage the production process relating to digital, print, PR, and VM ensuring all imagery and final artwork specifications are addressed. Provide line management to the team, overseeing performance, development, and resource allocation to achieve departmental goals. Key Capabilities Tertiary qualifications – Marketing. Extensive experience in a similar role and within a retail environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail. Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external partners. Strong leadership and management skills with a focus on developing team members' capabilities and succession planning for future growth. Why work for CRG?
