Your next opportunity We're looking for a dynamic Trainer and Assessor to lead heavy vehicle training and assessment for our QLD Concrete business. In this pivotal role, you'll identify training needs, prioritise driver development and coordinate training across our South East QLD operations—while also providing support to Country QLD as needed. This role requires flexibility to travel to sites across Metro and Regional Queensland. Your day will involve: Planning and delivering training materials and activities to Boral employees and contractors. Induction and training of new company drivers within Boral’s driver training guidelines, identify training/assessment gaps within the QLD Concrete Business and develop action plans to meet current and future requirements. Work with existing Logistics Supervisors to assist in delivery of training and assessment requirements of drivers. Undertake verification of competency training and assessment. Driver behaviour reporting from our Telematics system and other reporting tasks as required. Promotes a sustainable safety culture including PPE standards and compliance to Boral’s Safety Systems What are we looking for? Minimum HR Licence Cert IV Training and Assessment Strong experience as a Heavy Vehicle Driver Trainer or a similar role Experience in Heavy vehicle operations and preferred experience in operating Agitator vehicles Experience in concrete slumping of loads What’s on offer?
