Whatever your role at ANZ, you'll be building your future, while helping to build ours.Role Type:12 Months Secondment/ 12 Months Fixed TermRole Location:MelbourneWork Hours:Full TimeWhat will your day look like?This role would suit a talented and motivated Credit Risk Data Stream Lead who would like to lead a cross-functional team dedicated to providing high quality data for use in a credit risk models.•Manage team of credit risk analysts, data analysts and data engineers to create high quality, predictive, model-ready data.•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop fit for purpose risk.•Engage with senior stakeholders to align models to strategic objectives and desired business outcomes.What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:•Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, FRM) is preferred.•Proven experience in retail risk modelling or a related field.•Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SAS, R, Python).•Excellent leadership and team management abilities.•In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.•Strong communication and presentation skills.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
