Exciting opportunity for a call centre/customer service candidate to join this team Call Centre Operator Rate: $30 - 33 per hour plus Super Type: 3-month ongoing contract Hours: MondaySunday rotating roster, 95 Location: Carrington Potential to transition to a permanent position within the business. Your new company Hays has partnered with a leading provider of in-house health and aged care services dedicated to supporting communities across regional and rural Australia. Due to a recent influx of work, this organisation is looking to bring on several call centre operators to join their team Your new role As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing essential information and support. Your responsibilities will include: Client Support: Offering first contact support to community members, potential and current clients, carers, and families. Service Coordination: Assisting clients in accessing services, addressing eligibility criteria, capacity, waiting periods, and fee structures. Referrals: Engaging with clients to determine eligibility and making appropriate referrals. Expediting client referrals from My Aged Care or other sources. Relationship Building: Building rapport with clients to ensure ongoing quality service and identifying opportunities for service improvement. Collaboration: Working with internal and external stakeholders to find solutions to support client needs. Compliance: Conducting compliance activities to ensure data integrity and adherence to policies and procedures.
