This position will be accountable for maximizing end-to-end digital product and system integration across system platforms (Salesforce, LMS, EMP, PayPal, etc.). Responsibilities include data analytics & insights and solution-oriented processes. Actions required include balancing and managing effectiveness/efficiency of existing tools with an emphasis on setup and implementation of Salesforce system transition and integration at the dealership and corporate levels. Success will be measured based on full system implementation and integration driving improved dealer processes that positively impact sales and market share.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree and above in Marketing, Business, or related fieldMinimum 4 years experiencing in business analyst role of similarConsumer Marketing, specifically on CRM processesExperience in leading strategic projects involving multiple stakeholdersHeld a SalesForce Product Owner roleCertification in SalesForce Admin and Sales CloudAbility to assess the impact of new requirements on SalesForce and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop detailed business & functional requirements associated with system integration, including defining user stories and use cases for product development and integration.Define new processes related to Sales and Marketing for implementation in Salesforce.Collaborate with business users and managers, setting project and feature priorities, and defining scope.Accountability for product integration across platforms and effectively addressing interface challenges and maximizing effectiveness of the tools.Testing for new functionality/interface across platforms including conducting User Acceptance Testing, in addition to end-user training.Define Test Cases for developed functionality.Go-to-market lead to ensure successful implementation & adoption of the technology within Ford & Dealer partners.Represent the voice of the customer and provide insights and recommendations for future developments.Communicate and liaise with stakeholders and product development teams in Philippines and ASEAN/International Markets Group markets.Support improvements in Salesforce i.e., new fields, label changes, new reports (complex), New dashboards (complex).Provide ongoing consulting and expertise in key areas of focus.
