Job Description
The Regional Campus Manager oversees vocational education and training at specified regional campuses, ensuring compliance with Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) standards. Key responsibilities include managing campus business activities, industry engagement, business development, employee relations, and campus administration.
This role involves staff performance management, operational responses to strategic objectives, and collaboration with leadership groups to ensure flexibility, efficiency, productivity, and responsiveness to stakeholders' needs.
