An exciting opportunity has become available for an Operations & Maintenance Coordinator. This role will see you provide operational contract management expertise to assigned Electricity Distribution contracts and ensure contracted operational requirements and performance service levels and contractual obligations are met and that appropriate invoice processing and variation response occurs.
This role is based in Southbank (however the role location can be flexible and discussed with the successful incumbent) with a hybrid split also of Office/WFH and is part of our Operations & Maintenance Delivery Operations team within our Distribution line of business. This role will deliver real outcomes, including but not limited to: Handle day-to-day operational interactions and foster fair and reasonable relationship with service delivery partners.Co-ordinate contract governance meeting schedule.Meet regularly with our service delivery partners to lead achievement of operational requirements.Drive enhanced business outcomes through educating the business on contract matters.Ensure organisational compliance to corporate procurement policy.Manage variation to minimise commercial impact while ensuring operational requirements are met.Interface on contract agreements, monitor SLA adherence and KPI performance.You don't need to check every box; however, we are looking for a good combination of: Experience in vendor contract development and delivery.Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements impacting contracts.Good understanding managing strategic partnerships to drive performance and value.Excellent verbal and written communication.Demonstrated commercial management experience.Current knowledge and experience with financial budgeting and planning.Current knowledge and experience within the distribution utilities industry.A real place to belong.
