Bachelor in Landscape Management, Natural Resource Management, Landscape Architecture, Design or other relevant discipline.Training in Open Space asset management and park design or construction and or experience in a similar role.Five+ years of experience in landscape management, with asset management, design, planning, or construction roles highly valued.Experience in park and open space facility planning, asset management plan implementation and capital works programming.Developed skills in project management including engagement of specialist consultants and contractors, preparation of business cases, project scopes and costings in preparation for delivery.Familiarity with activity-based costing, financial reporting, and project budgeting.Skilled in using computerised asset management, financial and business systems as well as Microsoft Office, and Excel (experience in GIS and spatial data management desirable).The finer details This full-time Level seven position attracts a pro-rata salary range of $105,124 to $111,701 gross per annum dependent on qualifications and experience.
