This role is crucial in ensuring the accurate processing and validation of casual employee hours for payment. The successful candidate will liaise with HR & IR for pay-related matters, manage governance of related documents, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.This is a permanent part time position working 20 hours/week: Monday to Friday: 10am to 2pm. The role is based at South Eveleigh (Axle).Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:Accurately process and validate casual employee hours for paymentValidate and process out of span casual hours for paymentCollaborate with HR and Industrial Relations (IR) teams on pay-related mattersAddress and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to employee paymentsComplete and manage JIRA tickets related to casual employee hours and paymentsComplete and manage tasks in the FRED system related to casual employee hours and paymentOversee the governance of documents related to casual employee hours and paymentsEngage with stakeholders to ensure smooth processing of casual employee hours and paymentsAssist with any pay-related remediation efforts and ensure accurate and timely resolution of pay issuesProvide support for schedule governance, ensuring compliance with company policies.We're interested in hearing from people who have:Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a workforce management or payroll environmentExperience with JIRA and FRED systems is an advantageStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)Attention to detail and accuracy in data managementA diploma or degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferredIf this sounds like you,!If you're already part of the Commonwealth Bank Group (including Bankwest, x15ventures), you'll need to apply through Sidekick to submit a valid application.
