That’s care in action.Right now, we’re seeking a Program Coordinator who will play their part in this shared purpose, while also supporting the progress of clients and colleagues so they can achieve great things.About the roleThe Program Coordinator role is responsible for seamless coordination of digital transformation portfolio, supporting the management and delivery of multiple programs of work in Portfolio Delivery function. This role will be responsible for supporting detailed portfolio planning, governance and knowledge management, ensuring that all portfolio processes run smoothly and key information is well-organized and accessible.This role will be instrumental in managing extensive cross-functional collaboration and engagement with enterprise stakeholders - including program/project managers and senior leaders, helping maintain critical portfolio artefacts and facilitating effective governance, to align digital transformation efforts with the TAC strategy and 6 year roadmap.This role will also provide executive support to the Chief Digital Officer. By balancing both portfolio coordination and executive support, this role is integral to the seamless execution of strategic digital initiatives for the TAC.About the TeamReporting to the Portfolio Delivery Lead, this role sits within the Digital Delivery Branch in the Enterprise Transformation Division. The division successfully delivers the organisation’s strategic priorities cost effectively and in a way that optimises client outcomes, employee experience and a positive community impact.What we’re looking forProven previous experience supporting digital transformation initiatives including experience in Governance & Knowledge ManagementDemonstrated experience maintaining portfolio artifacts (roadmaps, registers, documentation) and implementing or improving knowledge-sharing practices within a project/program delivery team or PMO environment.Experience using Project Portfolio Management toolsFamiliarity with PPM tools and software for portfolio tracking, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and working knowledge of Power BI for basic reporting and insight generation.Stakeholder ManagementExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally including a proven track record of collaborating with project teams and effectively engaging senior leadership and other high-level stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.Why you’ll love it hereThere’s more to work than a competitive salary and amazing employee benefits.
