About This RoleHuman Resource Business Partner (Fixed Term Contract until December 2026)Location: BrisbaneAbout The RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Human Resources Department based in Brisbane.
This role is responsible for the successful delivery of the Employee Lifecycle within designated client groups, ensuring that HR strategies align with business needs and objectives.The HRBP will work closely with the Senior Manager Human Resources to implement HR processes, systems, and tools that support service delivery excellence.
By providing strategic and operational HR support, the HRBP will play a key role in performance management and workforce planning.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, fostering a culture of high engagement, agility, and inclusivity.Key ResponsibilitiesContribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with business objectives.Support leaders in workforce planning and employee engagement.Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.Provide a responsive and high-quality HR service to meet customer and contract KPIs.Monitor and improve customer satisfaction through feedback and external audits.Partner with leaders to proactively manage team performance and employee development.Advise and coach leaders on best practices for performance management, conflict resolution, and organisational change.Assist with remuneration structure management and salary reviews.EssentialAbout YouMinimum 5 years' experience in an HR generalist role or similar.Proven ability to partner with leaders at all levels, enhancing their HR capability.Strong experience in performance management, organisational change, and employee relations.Excellent interpersonal and consulting skills, with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders effectively.Knowledge of contemporary HR practices within a large organisational context.Experience in recruitment, remuneration, HR analytics, and talent planning.Sound understanding of applicable legislation, standards, and best practices.DesirablePostgraduate qualification in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.Skills & AbilitiesStrong commercial acumen and the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Customer-service mindset and ability to enforce business processes in compliance with Airbus standards.Confident and open communicator with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.Demonstrated ability to support employees and leaders through cultural and organisational change.Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.About UsWith employees at multiple sites across Australia and New Zealand, Airbus Australia has access to the financial strength and expertise of Airbus Helicopters and Airbus.
