BreastScreen SA is seeking a dedicated Research Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Reporting directly to the Clinical Director, this exciting role offers the opportunity to play a key part in advancing women's health through impactful scientific research.
You'll be at the forefront of planning and coordinating research projects, sourcing and analysing data, and sharing key findings that drive positive change.
Your expertise will help strengthen existing research networks, support collaboration across the organisation, and build research capacity within BreastScreen SA.As our Research Coordinator, you'll ensure all projects are ethically sound and compliant with SA Health and ICH Good Clinical Practice guidelines.
Your work will support the testing of vital health hypotheses and the achievement of clearly defined research objectives—all with the goal of enhancing patient pathways and outcomes.

You bring a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative spirit to every project you undertake.
To succeed in this role, you will have: Strong research and data skills, with demonstrated ability in statistical analysis, database management, research methods, and the presentation of complex information.
Extensive experience in scientific research, including coordinating projects, contributing to published work, and supporting qualitative and quantitative research initiatives.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, capable of working both independently and within multi-disciplinary teams, while providing specialist advice and consultation.
In-depth knowledge of research principles, including ethics, governance and ICH GCP, alongside expertise in health-related research design and computer-based information systems.
