Receptionist/Administration Officer at Stratum Title ManagementStratum Title Management (STM) is seeking a full-time Receptionist/Administration Officer to join a small dedicated team working in the body corporate industry in North Hobart.
The successful applicant will be well presented, with good confidence and communication skills.
This position will be part of an administration team who work cohesively in supporting the day-to-day operations and the Body Corporate Managers.
The position's responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Answering incoming phone calls, directing enquiries and taking messagesGeneral reception and administration dutiesGreeting clients and visitors in an efficient, professional and friendly mannerScheduling and following up with clients regarding appointments, meetings, etc.Attending to any reasonable work requests made by Directors and Portfolio ManagersAssisting co-workers where possibleAssisting in preparation of meeting agendas and minutesFiling, monitoring and distributing incoming emailsLiaising with clients and contractors and issuing work ordersKeeping work area and reception clean and tidyThis position is available for an immediate start.
