The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join a dynamic team in Brisbane. This role involves managing a diverse property portfolio, including boarding houses, units, townhouses, and free-standing homes. You will be responsible for overseeing maintenance programs, ensuring that properties are well-maintained and compliant with relevant standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the delivery of responsive, cyclical, and planned maintenance programs.
2. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, including fire safety and WH&S requirements.
3. Oversee major works and upgrades, coordinating with contractors to ensure timely completion.
4. Conduct regular property inspections and manage the turnaround of vacant properties.
5. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
About You:
6. Proven experience in property management, with a strong property maintenance and contractor management background.
7. Excellent knowledge of WH&S and fire safety legislation.
