The Team Leader will have responsibility for their allocated NES team with a key focus on improving team performance and team member development, achieving KPI's and delivering excellence through innovation, efficiency, and best practice.Performance of the core duties are aligned to and governed by the AMS core values of exceptional customer service, professionalism, performance, collaboration, integrity, leadership, respect, and responsibility.This role will also be responsible for assisting the NES Manager with operational requirements including, but not limited to:Meeting and exceeding team operational performance targetsLeading and managing the daily requirements of the allocated teamTraining and Development of team membersActive key customer engagement and professional representation of AMSIndividual and team performance analysisActive participation in the AMS Leadership groupDelivering individual services, including assessments and vocational interventionsAt AMS Consulting, we look for people that are like-minded in driving for success, that are determined to make a difference and have a passion for the industry.
You will be initially based in our AMS Consulting head office in Carlton, VIC moving to coverage of varied and linked satellite offices.Who you are!Prior experience working within Worksafe Occupational Rehabilitation Programs (NES highly desired)APHRA Registered Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist, OR Experience in recruitmentDemonstrate strong people skills to assist in managing the team's queriesYou have the passion and drive to support your team to succeedYou focus on quality service delivery, correspondence, results, and stakeholder outcomes.You get a genuine sense of purpose in helping people to move forward with their lives.You have excellent time management skills and the ability to manage a range of tasks meeting deadlines and goals.You have exceptional verbal and written communication and customer service skills.You are great at building relationships and enjoy working with a range of stakeholders.The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate their ability to manage and maintain the quality of their work whilst working and completing competing priorities.
