Due to the project this role is initially 3 months, however it has a potential to be extended.Our Operations Executive Assistant plays a major part in ensuring our COO's client focused ideas are deliverable, via efficient workflow management and task prioritisation, correspondence management, and effective scheduling.This is an exceptionally rewarding role for someone who enjoys working with others, as you will have the opportunity to interact with all departments within Able Australia, as you facilitate smooth communication and build strong relationships with staff, stakeholders, and clients.Skills and experience required to be successful in this role:Demonstrated experience at an Executive Assistant professional level or similarDemonstrated experience in managing projects to achieve outcomes, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skillsInitiative to anticipate work requirements and resolve potential issues, minimizing impact on the Executive and Managers' timeProductive, deadline-driven, and efficient, with great attention to detailStrong gatekeeping, diary management, and time management skillsAbility to follow instructions and work autonomouslyExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
