The Role:
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Reporting directly to the Principal Setting and monitoring team KPI's Training and mentoring staff Hosting weekly team meetings Assisting with complex issues Recruitment of new staff members Oversee the smooth running of the office Implementing office policies and procedures, as well as new systems when required The Benefits:

The Candidate:
Previous experience as Head of Department, Team Leader, or Office Manager Ability to manage and lead a team Demonstrated ability to update, develop, implement, and evaluate policies, procedures, and programs Current QLD Certificate of Registration How to Apply
