Job Title: EDRMS Administrator
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Information Management team as an EDRMS Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and administering the Content Manager EDRMS, ensuring its high availability and performance, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer the EDRMS, ensuring its high availability and performance.
* Investigate and resolve issues with the EDRMS, sometimes in collaboration with vendors.
* Contribute technical expertise and testing throughout EDRMS upgrades.
* Provide specialised technical advice and administer the integration of software applications with the EDRMS.
* Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and their application to changing client and legislative requirements.
Requirements:
* Content Manager Administration course or at least 3-5 years' experience in administering an EDRMS.
* Sound knowledge and understanding of the State Records Act, standards, and codes of best practice and their application to an EDRMS.
* Negative Vetting 1 security clearance.
