Reporting into the Branch Manager, the Administrator – Service Operations will be working on a fulltime basis from our Bunbury office and is responsible for daily filing of jobs, answering incoming customer queries, organising new starters access and uniforms and handling site entry forms.
Roster: 5 days on 2 days off (Mon – Fri), 10 Hours per day
Location: Bunbury, WA
What you’ll do:
* Support the field service team by completing site entry forms, managing the field service truck fleet, ensuring accurate inspections, answering calls, daily job filing, and handling customer queries.
* Organise new starters by arranging access, uniforms, and raising purchase orders (POs).
* Managing purchase requisitions and overseeing the purchasing process.
* Handling time capture reporting and organising work scope books.
* Maintaining archives and ensuring compliance with WesTrac policies.
* Managing training requirements and conducting safety and contamination control audits.
* Building positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience working in a similar role
* Professional level of computer literacy and data entry skills
* Experience using SAP
* Effective communication skills including active listening, asking appropriate questions, clarifying the issues and expressing oneself clearly
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Adaptability including the ability to perform efficiently in different environments and with diverse tasks and people
* Stress tolerance and the ability to maintain satisfactory work standards under pressure
